Privacy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it.
The short version. We collect what you type into our sign-up forms, we use it to run Connors PTO events, and we never sell it or hand it to anyone outside the Connors PTO. If you ever want something removed, email us and we will remove it.
What we collect
When you sign up to volunteer, donate goods, or enter the raffle, we ask for your name, your email address, and sometimes a phone number and your child’s grade. That goes into a spreadsheet only Connors PTO officers can see. We use it to organize the event you signed up for and to send you a confirmation.
We do not ask children for information. Our forms are for parents and caregivers.
Photos
We post photos from Connors events. We never publish a child’s name next to a photo.
If your child is in a photo here and you would rather they were not, email hello@connorspto.com and we will take it down. You do not need to explain why, and we will not ask.
How this website works
We use PostHog to understand how people use these pages. It sets a cookie and records anonymous session activity, which is how we catch things like a sign-up form that breaks on one kind of phone.
Everything you type into a form is hidden from that recording, and so are the confirmation screens. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Donations
Donations run through Zeffy. Your payment details go to Zeffy and never touch this website or Connors PTO records. We see your name and the amount so we can thank you.
Who can see your information
Connors PTO officers, and nobody else. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and a separate organization from Connors Elementary School and the Hoboken Public School District. Signing up with us is not the same as giving information to the school.
Removing your information
Email hello@connorspto.com and ask. We will take your details out of our records and tell you when it is done.
Questions
Email hello@connorspto.com and a PTO Officer will answer.
