What to Expect

Fall Festival Fun

Celebrate the start of the school year and welcome in fall. There's something for everyone, and it's all free for Connors families, including siblings. No RSVP needed. Rain plan: the event moves inside.

How You Can Help

Four Ways to Make Fall Festival Happen

Volunteer

Pick a shift that works for you. Ask a friend or two to join you. First-timers and seasoned vets both welcome. You'll get a reminder and more details the week of.

Setup (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Event Setup
Help set up all aspects of the event including tables (raffle, food/bev, activities) and decorations. Then stay to enjoy the event or work a table.

Shift 1 (11:45 AM – 1:00 PM)
Food and Beverage Table
Manage refreshments and treats tables. Keep area clean. Restock as needed.

Raffle Table
Manage the PTO raffle table. Help sell tickets and guide people through the process. Keep table organized and line moving.

Crafts, Games, and Inflatables
Help manage the craft area and carnival-style games or inflatables.

Special Roles (12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)
Koala Mascot + Mascot Handler
We need 1 person to wear the koala mascot costume and 1 person to be the handler (help them walk around, see, and take photos). About 30 minutes. Note "costume" or "handler" when you sign up.

Shift 2 (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Food and Beverage Table
Manage refreshments and treats tables. Keep area clean. Restock as needed.

Cleanup Crew
Clear tables, clean up yard, gather and organize PTO supplies for storage, pack up books and costumes, take down decor.

We're looking for items to include in our biggest fundraising raffle of the year!

We appreciate donations of new toys, games, crafts, lifestyle products; unused gift cards; as well as services or goods you can offer through work or a hobby. We also welcome connections to local businesses who may want to donate or sponsor.
